The TwistForm Table Lamp is an hourglass-shaped sculptural table lamp formed from a series of large, sweeping diagonal ribs that wrap continuously around a central light column from the base to the crown of the piece. Each rib follows a broad helical arc as it travels upward, crossing over and under the adjacent ribs in a resolved interlocking pattern that gives the lamp the appearance of a tightly twisted architectural column. The form narrows dramatically at the waist and opens outward both above and below, creating the characteristic hourglass silhouette that makes the TwistForm instantly recognisable from every angle.

When the lamp is illuminated, the central column glows from within and light passes outward through the gaps between the ribs, illuminating each channel from behind and casting the broad sweeping arc of every rib as a defined dark form against the warm glow. The interplay between the lit channels and the shadowed rib surfaces creates a dynamic, animated quality — as you move around the lamp the pattern of light and shadow shifts continuously, tracking the helical movement of the ribs around the column. From a distance the lamp reads as a soft, atmospheric glow with a strong sculptural silhouette.
